Is it only for guests who cannot attend?

No. Everyone can take part, from the people celebrating beside you to loved ones joining from elsewhere. Guests use their own phones, so there is no equipment to ship, set up, or return.

Do guests need an app or account?

No. They simply call your event number, hear your personalized welcome, and leave a message. We send text invitations, and you can invite guests by sharing your event number or QR sign too. A QR sign opens the same number in their phone's dialer.

Do I need every photo and guest ready before I start?

No. Start online with your event details and welcome. You can add your guest list and photos before recording closes. Online setup does not mean your finished film is delivered immediately.

When do we receive our keepsake film?

Recording closes 24 hours after your event ends. If unfamiliar callers need review, you can include or exclude them before the review deadline. You receive an email when your film is ready.

What can we save and share?

Download your keepsake film and recordings, and create social clips in vertical, square, or landscape formats. Downloads are guaranteed for 90 days after your event, so save your own copies. Selected clips can be shared through a link you can turn off.

Where can I see virtual plans and pricing?

A physical phone records one guest at a time in one spot and needs delivery, setup and return. A virtual guestbook lets guests call from their own phones at the same time, including those who cannot attend, from 24 hours before the event starts until 24 hours after it ends. Can guests who are not at the wedding leave a message?

Yes. They call the same event number from their own phone, wherever they are. Guests outside the US can call too; they dial a US number, so international calling rates from their carrier may apply. No app or account is required to leave a message.

How far ahead should we book?

We recommend booking 6 months to 2 weeks before your event. Setup is online, so you can add your guest list and photos as your plans come together. You can start with your event details and personalized welcome, then add guests and photos before recording closes.

When can guests call?

The line opens 24 hours before your event starts and recording closes 24 hours after it ends. Guests call the same event number from their own phones throughout that window. People celebrating with you and loved ones who cannot attend can both leave messages.
